Introduction to Digital Photography Techniques

5 week Course Duration, 2 Hours per Week x4 weeks plus 1 half day

OR 2 full days - including half day practical work on location.

Course Fee

• 5 evenings, 2 hours per week (winter)
OR 2 full Days (summer)
• Limited Number Group, maximum 8 students
• Close facilitation of experienced, professional photographer (Stephen Power)

5 Evening Beginner’s Digital Photography Course (Winter months)

€225.00 per student

2 Day Summer School (Weekends 10am - 5pm)

€145.00 per student

€60 booking deposit required. Remainder of Course Fee due on or before first evening.

Student Requirements

To gain maximum learning from the course, students will require:

• Digital Camera (any make or model)
• The Camera Manual

It is strongly recommend that you are familiar with the manual, in so far as you can access the various controls. e.g. What do you press in order to locate and change the ISO Setting? Being able to quickly locate the camera controls will save valuable classroom time.

• Camera to Computer connector
• and/or removable CF or SD Card
• or CD disk with saved images.

Please bring Camera and Manual to every class and other items as requested by tutor.

FOR SUMMER SCHOOL

Students should bring 4 portrait photographs and 4 Landscape photographs they have taken (on camera memory card or disk) to the first day, for teaching purposes.
